Abe’s Garden® is a nationally recognized model of residential care, day programs and community-based services for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Continually-trained team members provide evidence-based care and engagement opportunities for residents and program participants. The organization and its campus promote well-being for those impacted by dementia, their families and professional care partners.

Founded in Nashville, Tennessee, with best practices from scientific and industry leaders in design, lighting and dementia care, Abe’s Garden® is also a site for research and training. It is setting a new standard, and serving as a resource, for other programs and residential communities devoted to elevating care for our nation’s rapidly expanding senior population.
