Abe’s Garden Community is new in name only – Park Manor’s independent and assisted living residences are now included under the Abe’s Garden Community banner. And we’re still proud to be among the best senior living communities in Nashville, Tennessee. While we are passionate about improving the lives of those touched by Alzheimer’s disease and related memory challenges, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives and cognitive health of all seniors, not just those living with memory loss, as Abe’s Garden Community.

Abe’s Garden Community: World-Class Care Located in the Nashville Area
Our independent living residences, formerly known as Park Manor Senior Living, have recently been brought under the Abe’s Garden Community umbrella. This was done to focus the image of our beloved senior living community and continue to offer the best care possible to older adults.
All Abe’s Garden Community programs promote and maximize evidence-based approaches to both mind and body health. Residents and program participants receive person-directed care wherever they live and wherever they and their families are on their journey.
Every aspect of life at Abe’s Garden Community is influenced by years of research in senior care and engagement. We continue to provide compassionate care and purposeful engagement in the following three areas of residencies and our additional Memory Support services:
- Independent Living. Independent living at Abe’s Garden Community offers six apartment designs ranging in size from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options.
- Assisted Living. Our assisted living residences boast five apartment designs ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom options, with both private and semi-private apartments available.
- Memory Support. We offer residential memory care, as well as a day program for those living with dementia and an early-stage dementia supportive engagement program. These services provide respite care to caregivers and families caring for a loved one with cognitive challenges.
